Reclaimed Terracotta Rectangle Tile 15x30

Authentic and full of history, these reclaimed terracotta tiles are crafted from old roof tiles salvaged from derelict houses, factories, and churches across Eastern Europe. Once reclaimed, they are carefully cleaned and finished in Poland, ready to bring a one-of-a-kind look into traditional and modern homes alike.

Each tile has high variation with unique rustic textures and natural colour variations ranging from gentle beiges and sandy yellows to rich burnt oranges and deep reds. Their irregular shapes, subtle bowing, and weathered surface create the appearance of a beautifully aged floor, which is the perfect choice as kitchen floor tiles, and bathroom tiles.

As with all reclaimed products, expect variations in size, depth, and tone, as well as traces of ridges or mortar on the reverse side (which should be laid facing down). The tiles are sprayed with water during cutting and processing hence may be wet upon receipt on site, so should be dried before installation. Once sealed, the surface colour deepens and matures with time, producing a floor that only improves with age and use
